Part1-书籍预定

我们的预定方式为在开放预订期间,在对应时间段内您付书款到公司账户(特别说明:特殊版本请于对应时间段内付款。如特签版需要在特签时间段内付款,非特签时间段内付款的,为非特签版本。预售期间仅需支付书款,不需提前支付运费运费的收取参考Part2),即为完成预定。

如果您为新加坡当地买家,请直接选择购买新加坡地区专用链接,拍下后,付款时选择“新加坡当地收款方式”、并填写新加坡当地的收货信息,订单成立【之后】,再将订单金额汇款至我司ocbc账户。

Part 1. Booking Process

Our pre-order process requires payment to our company account during the pre-order period to complete the reservation. Special versions require payment during their corresponding time period, such as signing periods for signed editions. During the pre-sale period, only book payment is required and shipping fees will be charged separately (refer to Part 2 for more information).

For local buyers in Singapore, please select the Singapore-specific link and choose the "Singapore local payment method" when making payment. After the order is created, please transfer the payment to our OCBC account.

付款时请您务必备注商品名(例如备注:QiangJinJiu),付款完成后您需要于24小时内发送付款成功截图+收货信息到邮箱rosmeihey@gmail.com进行登记。收到您的邮件之后,我们会在48小时内回复【预定成功】等订单状态信息。

如果您为海外买家,请直接选择支付宝/微信支付,付款完成之后订单会自动跳转、无需发邮件登记。如果您无法使用支付宝/微信支付,请发邮件至rosmeihey@gmail.com申请使用VISA信用卡支付(使用信用卡支付的,需要额外支付订单金额0.5%的手续费)。

Please include the product name in your payment remark (e.g. remark: QiangJinJiu). After payment, please send the screenshot of the successful payment and shipping information to rosmeihey@gmail.com for registration within 24 hours. We will reply within 48 hours with the order status information.

 

For overseas buyers, please select Alipay/WeChat Pay for payment. If you cannot use Alipay/WeChat Pay, please email rosmeihey@gmail.com to pay with VISA credit card (an additional 0.5% transaction fee applies for credit card payment).

Part2-运费收取 | Part 2-Shipping fee collection

   由于我司商品大多数为预售/预定商品、实际商品重量要到货之后才能准确得知,因此预售/预定商品邮费的收取采取“发货前补邮”的形式进行收取。整个流程可以简要概括为:买家通过官网付款预定-我司收到款项后跟供货商订购货物-供货商出货到我司仓库-我司称重之后计算应收邮费-计算完毕之后官网上架补邮链接-买家拍下邮费链接并提供收货资料-我司安排发货。

  As most of our products are pre-sale/pre-order items and their actual weight can only be determined upon arrival. Therefore, for our global pre-sale/pre-order items, we charge postage via a "post-payment" policy. 

 

Here's how it works: After paying for your order on our website, we will place an order with the supplier, who will deliver the items to our warehouse. Once the items arrive, we'll calculate the exact weight and add the corresponding shipping fee to your order. You can then complete the payment and provide your shipping information, and we'll arrange for immediate shipment.
