未提供合格开箱影片的,不予售后。
还请特别注意:如果达到售后标准,我们只提供售后商品,售后运费需要买家自行支付(或者跟未来之订单一起寄送)。

Failure to provide a qualified unboxing video will result in the denial of after-sales service.

印刷瑕疵仅售后如重影、错页、漏页、脱胶、装订错误等影响阅读的瑕疵印刷。不影响阅读的印刷瑕疵,不予售后。
Please contact customer service within 30 days after receipt of the product. (The receipt time is based on the delivery record, and the customer service contact time is based on the time of the service email sent.)
Only print defects that affect reading, such as ghosting, page errors, missing pages, glue detachment, and binding errors, are eligible for returns. Print defects that do not affect reading will not be accepted for returns.
3.运输受损 | Damage during transportation
由于包裹远距离运输,因此我司【无法保证商品在运输途中不受损害,对商品外观、状态要求较高者,请勿下单】。
Due to the long-distance transportation of packages, we cannot guarantee that the products will not be damaged during the shipping process. Therefore, we advise customers with high standards for product appearance and condition to refrain from placing orders.
运输受损售后标准为:| Standards for Transportation damage a re as follows:
1)内页大面积折痕(内页折痕面积超过该书面积1/3以上的,折痕长度超过8cm的)
Large-scale creases on inner pages (creases covering more than 1/3 of the page area and with a length of over 8cm).
2)严重撞角(超过该书面积1/3以上的,撞角面积超过5cm X 5cm或者撞角体积超过5cm X 5cm X 5cm的)
Severe corner collisions (collisions covering more than 1/3 of the page area and with an area of over 5cm x 5cm or a volume of over 5cm x 5cm x 5cm).
3)裁剪切口轻微毛边,内页上下切口相差2mm以上的
Slight burrs on cut edges, with a difference of over 2mm between the upper and lower cut edges of inner pages.
4)封面蹭色/蹭脏面积超过2cm X 2cm的
Cover scratches or dirt covering an area of over 2cm x 2cm.
5)内页墨点面积超过1cm X 1cm的,内页蹭脏面积超过2cm X 2cm的
Ink dots covering an area of over 1cm x 1cm on inner pages, or dirt covering an area of over 2cm x 2cm.
6)书本歪脊超过0.8cm的(拆开塑封即可复原的除外)
Book spine deviation of over 0.8cm (excluding those that can be restored by simply removing the plastic wrap).
7)使用无线胶装方式装订的书籍,轻微空胶、漏胶、蹭胶不予售后(轻微与否取决于是否影响阅读)。使用锁线方式装订的书籍,空胶、漏胶、蹭胶一律不予售后
Books bound using wireless glue binding: slight empty glue, leakage, or smearing will not be accepted for after-sales (severity is determined by whether it affects reading). Books bound using lock-line binding: empty glue, leakage, or smearing will not be accepted for after-sales.

请使用下单邮箱帐号发送售后邮件,非下单邮箱发送的售后邮件将无法处理。

邮件正文内容:
请告知【订单号】,【售后书名、售后原因或漏发品项】,并将【完整开箱影片】作为附件一起发送。
客服收到邮件后,会在7天内回复您的售后申请。
To ensure your post-sale email is processed correctly, please use the email account used to place your order when contacting our customer service team.
In the email subject line, please use the format "Order Number + Product Name + Post-sale" (e.g. Order number 1234567890 + "The Little Prince" + Post-sale).
In the email body, please provide the order number, the name of the product for which you are requesting post-sale service, the reason for your post-sale request, and attach a complete unboxing video as an attachment.
Our customer service team will respond to your post-sale request within 7 days upon receipt of your email.
