1. Refunds can only be requested during the pre-order period and are subject to a 5 SGD service fee. Refunds are not supported after the pre-order period ends.
1. 关于订单退款:订单退款仅在预售期间可申请,并需扣除5新币服务费。预购期结束后,不支持退款。
2. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final amount. The package will be shipped via a third-party service, and no additional shipping fees will be charged.

3. After sales service
1) Upon receiving your package, please record a full unboxing video, showing the intact packaging at the start. If any items are missing or incorrect, contact customer service within ten days of receipt.
2) Each order is eligible for only one after-sales request, so please submit all issues at once.
3) Pictures are for reference only and may differ from the final products.
4) The same image may show colour differences or minor misalignments on different products. Such issues are not covered by after-sales service.
5) All packaging materials (including protective films on the products) are not covered by after-sales service.
6) Special product notes:
Badge products: Badges may have tiny black spots, minor scratches, small bumps, or printing residue; pins may be slightly misaligned. These issues are not covered by after-sales service.
Acrylic products: Minor scratches or tiny marks may still exist after peeling off the protective film. Acrylic cards may also be slightly warped. These issues are not covered by after-sales service.
Shikishi and other paper products: Paper surfaces may have scratches, bumps, or tiny black spots; edges may be slightly rough, and bindings may have minor creases. Shikishi may also have small black spots, scratches, indentations, slight curling or bending, glue overflow, or smudges. These issues are not covered by after-sales service.
3. 关于售后:
1)收到快递后,请录制完整开箱视频,并在视频开头展示外包装完好。如有错发或漏发,请在签收商品后十日内联系客服处理。
2)每个订单仅可申请一次售后,请一次性提交所有售后需求。
3)商品图片均为设计图,实物可能与图片存在差异,请以实物为准。
4)由于印刷工艺原因,同一图案在不同商品上可能存在色差或轻微偏移,此类情况不属于售后范围。
5)所有商品的包装材料(包括商品表面的保护膜)均不属于售后范围。
6)特殊商品说明:
徽章商品:徽章可能存在细小黑点、轻微划痕、凹凸点或印刷胶痕,别针可能略微歪斜,上述情况不在售后范围。
亚克力、透卡商品:撕膜后仍可能出现细小划痕或轻微小点,透卡商品可能出现轻微弯曲,上述情况不在售后范围。
色纸及其他纸质商品:纸制品表面可能存在划痕、凹凸点、细小黑点等瑕疵,裁切边缘可能有轻微毛边,包边可能有轻微褶皱;色纸本身可能出现细小黑点、划痕、压痕、轻微翘边或弯曲,以及胶水溢出、蹭色等情况,上述问题不在售后范围。

针对“rosmei被指控‘合理询问换来一句三次元coser丑’”一事,现附上完整邮件截图说明。由于我们无微博官方账号,故通过本周边商品页面进行公开澄清,以还原事件经过。
关于该 coser 提出的一系列指控,在我们已通过邮件作出说明并表示愿意进一步配合沟通解释的情况下,相关争议仍未平息。关于诉讼问题,我们亦已说明,双方诉讼费用初期可平摊,最终由败诉方承担;若对方不便公开个人信息,在中国大陆亦可提起诉讼(在未获取对方个人资料的情况下,我们无法完成跨国诉讼)。
此外,截至目前,我们尚未收到该 coser 就相关指控的任何正式道歉。
我们本无意扩大事态,但对方持续发布帖子,对邮件内容进行片面截取,并引导读者对原意进行曲解与扩散。因此,我们仅在此提供邮件的完整原文以作澄清说明。
