Pre-Purchase Instructions

1. We’re excited to share that, with our globally licensed/multi-region licensed titles soon surpassing 10 published works, the international site we’ve been preparing for a year will officially enter trial operation this Christmas!

The initial operations of the international site will include: Multi-region trial ordering for selected Rosmei titles with global or multi-region licenses.

Please note:

Certain platform-licensed works are not included:

• All works licensed from JJWXC are excluded;

• How to Survive as a Villain (licensed from Shubl) is also excluded.

2. Orders outside Singapore will be shipped via international mail.

As resources are limited, the trial run will prioritise:

1) countries without local partners,

2) countries with smoother customs clearance, and

3) countries with larger reader bases.

Currently, we have included the following countries for international shipping: Brazil, Italy, Hungary, Korea, France, Argentina, Nigeria, Latvia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Colombia, Romania, South Africa, Estonia, Finland, Chile, and Peru.

During the trial period, Rosmei may adjust operational methods as needed. After we gain more experience, we will gradually expand the list of covered countries and shipping regions.

If you have suggestions (or would like to recommend your country for inclusion), please email rosmeiheyCSteam@163.com. While we may not reply individually, all relevant suggestions will be forwarded to the appropriate Rosmei team members.

3. Because we will be shipping directly from our warehouse internationally, postage may not be inexpensive.

However, the average cost per book decreases as your order size increases—similar to managing a group order of your own.

Based on our experience, orders around 5 kg (approximately 8 paperbacks or 6 hardcovers) offer more cost-effective shipping. Heavier parcels generally further reduce the per-kilogram cost.

4. Postage is not included in the listed prices. For the trial run of our international store, a minimum purchase of 3 books/ 2 KG is required for cost-effectiveness. If your current plan falls below this threshold, you may wait for upcoming titles and order them together.

5. There are no interior illustrations in this book.

6. Please note that refunds are only available within the pre-order period, subject to a 10% service fee. After the pre-order period, refunds are NOT supported.

7. You may combine pre-order and in-stock items in one order. However, please note that we will ship your order only when all items in it are released/ready to ship.

Although we may not be able to include your region during the trial phase, we will give priority consideration to submitted regions when expanding coverage in the future.
